微创食管癌根治术——优势与风险 被引量:4

摘要 食管癌是我国常见的消化道肿瘤之一,外科手术是食管癌治疗的重要手段。传统开放手术(open esophagectomy,OE)创伤大、并发症尤其是呼吸、循环等功能性问题发生率高、患者术后恢复时间长,对患者的生活质量和肿瘤的远期疗效都存在很大影响,且一部分高龄、有合并症的患者因此失去手术治疗机会。随着手术技术的提高和腔镜器械的进步,微创食管癌切除术(minimally invasive esophagecto—my,MIE)为食管癌的手术治疗提供了新的契机。与传统手术相比较,MIE切口减小、无需肋骨撑开,患者术后疼痛减轻、无肌肉切断,对呼吸功能影响较小,有助于患者的术后恢复,极有可能成为未来食管癌外科治疗的主要发展方向。但由于食管癌手术本身涉及问题较广、操作技术要求较高,
