锁骨双螺纹斯氏针的研制与临床应用

Manufacture and clinical application of a double-threaded intramedullary nail for clavicle fracture

目的探讨双螺纹斯氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法将传统带螺纹斯氏针改进为双螺纹斯氏针,内固定治疗12例锁骨骨折患者。结果患者均获随访,时间3～6个月。骨折全部愈合,愈合时间3～6个月。依据X线片及局部恢复情况综合评定疗效:优11例,良1例。结论双螺纹斯氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折具有操作简便、固定可靠、愈合优良、并发症少、经济实惠等优点,临床疗效优良。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the self-developed double-threaded intramedullary nail inter- hal fixation for the treatment of clavicle fractures. Methods 12 patients with clavicle fractures received internal fixa- tion by double- threaded intramedullary nail, improved by traditional threaded intramedullary nail. Results All pa- tients were followed up for 3 to 6 months. All the fractures were healed, and the healing time was three to six months. Comprehensive assessment of the efficacy in accordance with the X-ray and partial recovery： excellent in 11 cases, and good in 1. Conclusions Dual-threaded intramedullary nail fixation for treatment of clavicle fracture has the ad- vantages of simple manipulation, reliable fixation, high healing rate, few complications and cost-effective. The result of preliminary clinical trial has been good.
