In this essay, the writer discussed the performance features of acrylic materials on physics, chemistry, machinery, technology, etc. And then, pointed out its advantages in design, analysed the product feature and its range of application. Furthermore, introduced the acrylic material＇s application in furniture design. The whiter analysed the acrylic furniture＇s design and manufacturing process through some case studies, offered theories and references for acrylic furniture＇s design and production.
