地铁车辆段上盖综合体设计探索——以深圳市前海湾车辆段上盖综合体为例

Design of the Urban Complex above Metro Depot:The Case Study of Qianhaiwan Depot of Shenzhen Metro Line 1

以地铁车辆段上盖综合体为代表的复合开发模式在地铁建设过程中占有举足轻重的地位,其在引领城市土地与空间资源高效利用方面作用独特。以深圳地铁一号线前海湾车辆段上盖综合体为例,从城市设计的视角,强调基于TOD模式在地铁车辆段用地上进行高强度、高密度、混合功能的上盖综合体开发,对提高地铁沿线地区土地利用效益、优化城市空间结构具有特殊意义。通过对实践案例的归纳分析,探讨其中的设计规律和基本方法,以期引起同行关注与讨论。

As a representative comprehensive development model,the urban complex development above metro depot not only occupies a significant position in metro planning process,but also plays a unique role in the efficient use of urban land resource.Through reviewing and analyzing Qianhaiwan Depot of Shenzhen Metro Line 1 from the urban design perspective,this paper intends to demonstrate that,based on the TOD model,multi-functional complex development with high density and intensity could enhance land use efficiency and optimize urban spatial structure along the metro line.The paper with a case study aims to investigate the principles and basic methods of such design,which will hopefully draw attention and discussion of relevant professionals.
