Research on the Urban Combination Space of Urban Building Complex

"城市组合空间"是城市建筑综合体与城市公共空间、公共交通系统相叠合产生的空间集合和空间关系。基于间接协同效应视角对其定义、类型以及价值展开讨论,通过对上海正大广场、龙之梦购物中心及香港又一城的调研,比较研究不同类型的城市组合空间对城市建筑综合体内部空间活力、出行方式及外部出行率的影响。

＂Urban Combination Space＂ is the cluster and the relationship created by overlying of urban building complex,urban public space and urban public transportation system.Basesd on the perspective of space synergy,this paper discusses its conception,type and value.The paper also does comparative study on the effects of the vitality of interior space,trip mode and external travel rate caused by different types of urban combination space,via the investigations of Shanghai Super Brand Mall, Shanghai Cloud Nine Shopping Mall and Hong Kong Festival Walk.
