The Foundations of Architectural Concept and Design Among Young Architects in Contemporary Japan:An Analysis of Recent Houses Designed by Japanese Architects Born in 1970s and 1980s

日本社会进入现代主义以来,建筑师们体现出了对每个时代和社会变化的灵敏反应。他们试图在设计住宅的过程中用空间形式摸索和追求新型家庭居住形式。本文通过分析本期专辑所介绍的日本年轻建筑师的住宅作品,观察到他们作品中存在的两个空间特征:即"把城市引入住宅"和"把大自然引入住宅"。

Since the introduction of modernism to Japan, architects have been sensitive to the transformation of society and time in their work, continuously searching for new forms of family houses through design and expressing this sensitivity as spatial articulation. The article analyzes the houses recently designed by the young Japanese architects introduced in this issue, and finds two common spatial characteristics： ＂Incorporating Urban Elements in the House＂ and ＂Incorporating Natural Elements in the House.＂
