康复治疗对冠心病PTCA疗效的影响

Effects of rehabilitation on patients with coronary heart disease treated with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA)

目的 :观察康复治疗对冠心病经皮穿刺冠状动脉腔内成形术 (PTCA)疗效的影响。方法 :2 3例冠心病介入治疗病人随机分为康复组 (12例 )和对照组 (11例 ) ,比较两组病人手术前、后 3个月的心脏功能 (L VEF)和运动代谢当量 (METs)。结果 :两组病人介入治疗后 3个月 L VEF和 METs均有改善 ,康复组病人 L VEF和 METs的改善更为明显 (P<0 .0 5 )结论 :康复治疗可以明显改善冠心病介入治疗后的 L VEF和 METs。

Objective:The rehabilitation effects of percutaneors trasluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) on patients with coronary artery heart disease (CAD) were observed.Methods:23 cases with CAD treated with PTCA were divided into rehabilitation group(12 cases) and control group(11 cases) at random.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and METs were compared between the two groups before and post\|PTCA.Results:The LVEF and METs were signifcantly improved in two group of post\|PTCA compared with those before PTCA. LVEF and METs of patients in the rehabilitation group were increased significantly when compared with those in control group. Conclusion:Rehabilitation programme can improve the LVEF and METs of patients with CAD and their prognosis when treated with PTCA.
