摘要
采用等温溶解平衡法研究了0℃时MgCl2-LiCl-H2O三体系的平衡溶解度及饱和溶液的折光率和密度,并且绘制了0℃时MgCl2-LiCl-H2O三体系相图,在相图中有三条溶解度曲线分别为水合盐MgCl2.6H2O、LiCl.H2O和复盐LiCl.MgCl2.7H2O,在相图中没有发现固溶体。用多元线性回归程序对溶液的折光率、密度与溶液中氯化镁的含量之间的关系进行关联。实验测定的MgCl2-LiCl-H2O三体系的溶解平衡数据,不仅为溶液化学发展提供了基础热力学数据,而且为MgCl2和LiCl的分离纯化和萃取提供了依据。
The equilibrium solubility of magnesium chloride - lithium chloride - water ( MgC12 - LiC1 - H2 O) ternary system and the refractive index and density of saturated solution are investigated by isother- mal equilibrium method at 0℃. The ternary phase diagrams of MgCl2 - LiCl - H2Oternary system at 0℃ are plotted, the phase diagram consists of three crystallization regions corresponding to the large area of LiCl·H2O,the relative small area of LiCl·MgCl2·7H2O and the smallest area of MgC12 ~ 6H:O obvi- ously, the system belongs to the simple eutectie type, and no solid solutions are found. The relations be- tween the saturated solubility of LiC1, refractive index and density of the saturated solution and the MgC12 content in the liquid phase are evaluated by multiple linear regression analysis algorithm. Aseries of phase equilibrium data of MgC12 -LiC1 -H20 ternary system are given out, which not only provided basic ther- modynamic data for solution chemistry, but also provided the foundation for purification and extraction of MgC12 and LiC1.
