杂质离子对羟胺催化剂活性影响的研究

摘要 通过对羟胺反应液中的杂质离子对催化剂活性和选择性的影响进行实验测定,结果表明:羟胺反应液中的杂质离子中,非金属离子碘对催化剂活性影响最大,金属离子中铜对催化剂活性影响最大,多种离子对催化剂的毒性有积累性,杂质离子种类越多,对催化剂活性影响就越大,并总结多种杂质离子引起催化剂失活的规律,为工业生产中Pt/Pd-C催化剂的优化提供可靠的参考数据。 The impurity ions in hydroxylamine reaction liquid which effected on catalyst activity and selec- tivity are measured. The results shows : the impurity ions in the reaction solution of hydroxylamine, non- metal ion of iodine most affected the activity of catalyst, and the metal ion of copper largest effected on the activity of catalyst. Various ions are cumulative on toxicity of catalyst. The more kinds of the impurity i- ons, the greater influence on activity of catalyst. And had summarized the rules about how the impurity i- ons caused the deactivation of catalyst. Provide reliable reference data for the optimization of Pt/Pd - Ccatalyst in industrial production.
