摘要
近年来,随着PDC钻头技术的快速发展,特别是针对四川盆地复杂地层岩性条件开展的特殊PDC钻头开发与应用研究取得一系列重大突破,PDC钻头在四川油气田的应用越来越广泛,对钻井提速发挥了非常重要的作用,技术经济效益十分显著。2010年PDC钻头在四川油气田钻井总进尺中的比例已达到56.93%,取代了牙轮钻头长期占据的主导地位,2012年,在四川油气田钻井总进尺中PDC钻头的进尺比已超过70%。
In recent years,PDC bit suited for different formation was researched and widely used in Sichuan Gas Field,and drilling speed was greatly improved,the economic benefit was very remarkable.At the same time,the optimum seeking methods of PDC bit were introduced.And the application effects of PDC bit were analyzed.In 2010,the footage ratio of PDC bit in the total drilling footage in Sichuan oil and gas Field has run up to 60%,in 2012,the footage ratio of PDC bit has exceeded 80%.
