摘要
土库曼斯坦阿姆河右岸气田Hojg-21井在巨厚盐膏层内钻遇超高压盐水透镜体,出现大产量高压盐水溢流,压井过程中多次发生井漏;在储层钻进中,钻遇垂直裂缝发育、密度窗口极窄、井漏和出气同层的地层而险象环生。阿姆河公司结合实际情况,应用成熟的盐膏层钻井、随钻堵漏、桥浆堵漏、凝胶堵漏和水泥堵漏等工艺技术,安全顺利完成了钻井任务。该井的成功钻探,完善了阿姆河右岸探区内的安全钻井技术,是阿姆河公司在超高压钻井技术领域取得的重大突破,在超高压巨厚盐膏层及恶性漏失性产层中实现安全钻井积累了宝贵的经验。
The Hojg-21 well of the Amu Darya Right Bank Block of Turkmenistan was drilled in ultrahigh pressure saline flaser within extremely thick gypsum salt rock,which led to overflow of high pressure salt water,during the well killing,the lost circulation occurred repeatedly.In the process of drilling the reservoir,some problems were also occurred,such as vertical developed fracture,extreme narrow density window,lost circulation etc.Combining the actual situation,applying mature gypsum salt rock drilling techniques,plugging while drilling,bridge grouting,gel plugging and cement plugging technology,Amu Darya Company successfully and safely completed the drilling tasks.The success of the well improved the safe drilling technology in exploration area of the Amu Darya Right Bank Block,and which accumulated valuable experience for realizing safety drilling in the ultrahigh pressure thick gypsum salt rock and serious leakage zone in the future.
