南八仙气田排水采气工艺先导性试验及效果研究 被引量:10

DRAINAGE GAS RECOVERY TECHNOLOGY TEST AND EFFECT ANALYSIS IN NANBAXIAN GAS FIELD

摘要 南八仙气田于2001年投入试采,天然气年生产能力为2.5×108m3,年井口产水量为669m3,平均单井日产气为2.1×104m3,水气比为0.04m3/104m3。目前有生产气井32口,单井平均产气量为2.09×104m3/d。随着南八仙气田开发周期的延长,气井出水趋势越来越严重,造成井口压力下降,携液困难,许多气井无法生产;通过对南八仙气田气井积液量的识别和积液程度的诊断,以及井下节流、涡轮工具排水、泡沫排水工艺的现场试验实施效果的分析,根据井深实际流速及对应的最小临界携液流速,优化涡流工具参数,设计了对应位置的涡流工具。选择涡流排水采气技术来改变井筒气液两相流态,降低了气井的临界携液流量。为下一步南八仙气田排水采气工艺的推广应用提供了依据。 Nanbaxian Gas Field was brought into production in 2001,annual natural gas production capacity of 2.5×108 m3,the single well water rate of 669 m3,the average single well gas production rate of 2.1×104 m3 /d were obtained,water/gas ratio was 0.04 m3/104 m3.At present,there are 32 production gas wells,average single well gas production rate is 2.09×104 m3 /d.With the extension of the development cycle,gas well water out became more and more serious in the Nanbaxian gas field,wellhead pressure has reduced,many gas wells couldn't be produced.In order to resolve the problem,the downhole throttling,turbine drainage and foam drainage technology were applied in Nanbaxian gas field,and the field application effects were analyzed.Based on the actual flow velocity and corresponding the minimum critical liquid carrying flow rate of eddy current tool,the parameters of eddy current tool was optimized and the corresponding positions of the eddy current tools were designed.Using eddy current drainage gas recovery technology changed the shaft gas liquid two phase flow pattern,reduced the critical liquid carrying flow rate.It provided a basis for the popularization and application of turbine drainage gas recovery technology.
