冠心病患者血清铜蓝蛋白与血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白水平的测定及其相互关系

Relationship between the level of plasma oxidation of low density lipoprotein and serum ceruloplasmin in patients with coronary heart disease

目的 :探讨冠心病患者血清铜蓝蛋白与血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白水平之间的关系。方法 :测定 6 0例冠心病患者及36例正常人血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白 (OX- L DL )和血清铜蓝蛋白 (CP)水平 ,并与 OX- L DL进行直线相关分析。结果 :冠心病组血浆 OX- L DL及血清铜蓝蛋白水平显著高于正常对照组 ,直线相关分析表明血清铜蓝蛋白与 OX- L DL水平呈显著正相关。结论 :作为铜的载体 ,铜蓝蛋白可能促进体内 OX- L

Objective: This study was to evaluate the relationship between the level of plasma oxidation of low density lipoprotein(OX\|LDL) and serum ceruloplasmin(CP) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:The concentrations of plasma OX\|LDL and serum CP were determined in 60 patients with CHD and in 36 normal subjecfs(controls).Results:The values of OX\|LDL and CP in patients with CHD were significantly higher( P <0 01～0 001) than those in control group.The analysis of linear correlation showed that the level of OX\|LDL positively related with that of CP.Conclusion:The results suggest that both OX\|LDL and CP play an important role in the progression of CHD.
