要素禀赋、制度环境、技术效率与区域经济增长差异

An Empirical Research on the Disparities of Regional Economic Development in China: from the Perspective of Factor Endowment, Institutional Environment and Technological Efficiency

在1992-2011年间我国区域内的差距是扩大的,而区域间的差距是缩小的,但我国区域发展总体差距处于收敛的趋势。我国区域经济发展差距受技术效率的影响最大,其次是政府干预的制度环境,然后是资本投入,而人力资本的影响又超过了物质资本。文章基于要素投入、要素配置和要素使用的系统框架从整体上分析我国区域经济发展差距是对现有研究的有益补充。

The economic development disparity within the regions has been expanding while the economic development disparity between the regions in China has been diminishing in 1992-2011.In the aggregate,the regional economic development disparity showed contractible trend during this period.Technology efficiency is the major factor that influences the regional economic development disparity,followed by institutional environment of government intervention,capital input,but the impact of human capital is greater than material capital.Based on the systemic framework of factor input,allocation and application,this paper conducts the overall analysis of China＇s regional economic development disparity,which is a useful complement to existing research.
