摘要
实施公路工程逆向物流是发展循环经济和建立节约型生活的必然要求.本文结合道路工程废弃物回收的特点,建立了逆向物流网络,并运用双层规划模型实现了基于系统总成本最小的物流设施选址,最后结合公路改造工程中的具体案例验证了逆向物流网络设计的有效性.
The implementation of highway reverse logistics is an inevitable requirement for the develop- ment of the recycling economy and conservation-oriented society. In this paper, according to the characteris- tics of the road works waste recycling system, the author establishes a reverse logistics network and uses bi- level programming model to achieve a optimal facility location with minimum total system cost. Finally spe- cific cases are used to verify the effectiveness of the reverse logistics network design.
