板材厚度的集散测控系统设计

摘要 板材厚度的在线测量和集散控制是板材生产企业在实现生产自动化、信息化的关键技术。文章阐述无油轴承板材生产过程中的集散测控系统设计。在分析板材厚度整体测控方案的基础上,设计了上位机的软件框架,利用RS-422总线搭建了总线网络,并完成了串口通信模式和通信协议的制定。最后,基于Visual C++6.0平台和Microsoft公司提供的简化串行通信编程的ActiveX控件MSComm(Mi-crosoft Communications Control)控件完成了系统设计,实现板材生产过程中的上位管理计算机监控、信息共享和分散控制。 The online measurement and distributed control of thickness of plate is a key technology to plate production enterprises for realizing the production automation and informatization. The paper describes the design of distributed control system for non-oil bearing plate production. In this paper, based on the analysis on the overall measurement and control system of the plate production, the software framework of the master computer is designed. The network bus is built using RS-422 bus. And the mode and protocol of the serial communication are formulated according the network bus. Finally, based on the Visual C++ 6.0 platform, the system realizes the monitoring of the master computer, information sharing and distributed control during the plate production.
