以Pomini自动装载机(Loader)为控制对象,通过分析其自动装载的结构组成和动作循环,详细阐述了其控制原理和三维精确定位的工作机理。从实际应用角度论述了该装载机通过空间的横向、纵向、上下三个位置的三维精确定位来自动识别轧辊位置,并进行轧辊在磨床、打毛机、辊架间高效地装载和运输。文中介绍了自动装载机对磨辊间高度自动化的重大意义。
With Pomini automatic loader (Loader) as the control object, through the analysis of the structure and action of the automatic loading cycle, the work mechanism of 3D precise positioning is illustrated. From the practical point, it discusses that the loader completes automatic identification of the roller through the precise positioning in verti- cal, horizontal, up and down spaces. And the efficient loading and transportation of the roller among roll hair in a grinding machine, machine and the roller rack. Automatic loader is significant to automation between grinding rollers.
