The paper makes a brief introduction on test standard and technologies of EMI and EMS. It gives some examples combining with products of information network, electrical lighting ＆ electric tools, automotive electronics and so on. Also, it pays attention to relevant testing standards and technical change status. It puts forward some thoughts about latter rectification of EMC. As the third testing institution and public technology service platform, it provides some discussion and analysis for enterprises＇ services and local economic transformation and some technical reserves for development of FCC, CE, VDE and other international business.
