电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定煤中多种微量元素 被引量:4

摘要 采用低温灰化煤样及混合酸消化处理煤灰,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定待测溶液中的12种微量元素。实验证明:选择合适的工作条件可使电感耦合等离子体质谱法的检出限低及精密度好,其相对标准偏差在1.82%~4.86%范围内;对煤炭、土壤、岩石标准样品多种微量元素的测定结果与推荐值一致;对煤炭样品进行加标回收实验,其回收率在80%~120%范围内;采用ICP-MS测定煤中多种微量元素,其具有简便快速、重复性好、结果准确等优点。 The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- MS) could detect 12 kinds of trace elements in under-test solution after the treatment of low-temperature ashing coal sample and mixed acid digestion processing coal ash. The experiment proved that: choosing the right working conditions of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry could get the result with low detection limit and fine precision, which controlled the relative standard deviation within 1.82 %--4.86 % ; the results of multiple trace elements in coal, soil, rock standard sample agreed with the recommend value; in the recovery experiments of coal samples, the recovery rate ranged from 80% to 120% ; the advantages of ICP-MS were simple, rapid, reproducible and accurate.
