介绍了精煤泥两次浮选和两段脱水工艺流程,通过对田陈矿选煤厂的工业性试验结果分析,进一步证实了分别处理粗煤泥和细煤泥所取得的工艺效果,并保证了精煤泥有关灰分和水分的质量要求。

This paper introduced the technological process of twice clean coal slime flotation and two-stage dehydration process. Through the analysis of industrial experiments results in coal preparation plant of Tianchen coal mine, the process effect of separate treatment of coarse coal slime and fine coal slime was demonstrated, and the quality requirements on the ash yield and moisture content of the clean coal slime were ensured as well.
