浅析潘三选煤厂密度自控系统的改造

Study on transformation of automatic density control system in Pansan coal preparation plant

针对淮南潘三选煤厂由于无密度自控系统而导致重介质磁铁矿粉损耗增加的状况,对密度自动控制系统采取了相应的技术改造。技术改造实践表明,潘三选煤厂重介质的损耗及生产成本减少,洗选产品的合格率和回收率有所提高。

There was an obvious increase of loss of heavy media magnetite powder due to the lack of automatic density control system in Huainan Pansan coal preparation plant. According to the situation, the technical transformation on automatic density control system was adopted. It was showed that： the heavy media loss and the production cost were reduced in Pansan coal preparation plant, and the qualified rate and the recovery rate of coal preparation products were improved as well
