摘要
介绍了新型精煤压滤机在田庄选煤厂浮选精煤脱水中的应用,针对精煤压滤机中心孔存在积煤的问题进行分析,探讨了静压脱水、反吹风和压榨脱水对脱水效果的影响,指出通过对静压脱水、反吹风和压榨脱水组合方式的优化,可有效地解决中心孔积煤的问题及提高精煤压滤机的脱水效果。
This paper introduced the application of a new type of clean coal filter press in the dehydration process of coal flotation concentrate in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant. Then the problem of coal deposition in center hole of cleaned coal filter press was analyzed, and the influence of static pressure dehydration, reverse blowing and squeeze dehydration on the dehydration effects was discussed as well. It was found that optimizing the combination of static pressure dehydration, reverse blowing and squeeze dehydration could effectively solve the problem of coal deposition in center hole and improve the dehydration effect of cleaned coal filter press.
