从煤炭需求、煤炭产运销、煤炭产能、进口煤等多个方面,全面介绍了我国2013年上半年煤炭经济运行情况;分析了目前国际动力煤和炼焦煤市场的基本走势;预测2013年下半年我国煤炭需求仍将继续保持低速增长,2014年上半年全国煤炭市场供需形势依然严峻,煤炭经济运行的压力将进一步加大。最后,为推动煤炭行业健康发展,提出具体的对策建议。

From the coal supply and demand, the coal production, transportation and sales, the coal production capacity, the imported coal and other aspects, the paper fully stated the coal economic operation conditions in the first half of 2013 in Chi- na. The paper analyzed the basic tendency of the present international steam coal and coking coal markets. The paper predict- ed that the coal supply and demand in China in the next half of 2013 would continuously keep in a low increasing, the sup- ply and demand situation of the national coal market in the first half of next year would still be grim and the pressure of the coal economic operation would be further increased. Finally, certain countermeasures were provided in order to promote a health development of the coal industry.
