煤炭计量是能源决策和管理的重要工具。文章列举了我国煤炭计量方法与国际规则存在的诸多差异,指出世界各国普遍按商品煤计量,只有我国和俄罗斯等国按原煤计量。按原煤计量会产生一系列消极后果,亟待改正。

A coal metrology is important tools of the energy decision and management. The paper listed the many differences between China coal metrological method and international regulations, pointed out that each country in the world is generally based on the commercial coal metrology and only China, Russia and other counties are based on raw coal metrology. The raw coal metrology would cause a series of negative effect which to be corrected.
