基于管控模式的神华集团信息化建设研究

Study on Information Building of Shenhua Group Based Management and Control Mode

通过深入分析神华集团信息化需求与发展战略、业务模式,管控模式三者之间的关系,指出神华集团的管控模式决定了其信息化建设的目标和方向。在此基础上,提出神华集团信息化建设的总体目标和指导原则。

With a deep analysis on the relationship between the information requirements of Shenhua Group to the develop- ment strategy, business mode and management and control mode, the paper pointed out that management and control mode of Shenhua Group determined the target and orientation of the information building. Based on the circumstances, the general tar- get and the guidance principle of the information building for Shenhua Group were provided.
