摘要 近年来,国家加强了大江大河主要支流和中小河流治理。设计单位大都按照计算河槽宽度的公式计算排洪宽度,如此建设河道治理工程,将大幅度压缩河道,一旦发生大洪水将使当地和下游遭受更大损失。为解决此问题,建议:仅有农田的河段,布置护岸工程;农村、城镇河段,采用护岸、堤防两道防线,堤防与护岸之间为农田或城市绿地,护岸工程保护农田、城市绿地不被水流淘刷塌毁,堤防进一步保护农村、城镇(市)居民生命财产和重要设施安全,使河道压缩量最小;护岸工程顶部高程不高于当地滩面,堤防工程顶部高程按有关规范确定。 In recent years,China state has enhanced governance in flood control of the main tributaries of big river and medium and small sized rivers.The flood discharge width is normally calculated according to the channel width formula by the design unit,so flood will lead to more disaster in local and the downstream reaches because of narrowing the river.Suggestions: it should build bank revetments in only farmland reaches;building dikes and bank revetments in urban or village reaches,the area between dike and bank revetment can be used as farmland or urban green space,the bank revetments prevent bank collapse,the dikes further protect the safety of life,the property of residents and important facilities;that is the avoidance of narrowed river as possible.The elevation of bank revetments top is not higher than the local beach,and the dikes are determined according to the relevant flood control standards.
