摘要
通过尺寸为500 mm×100 mm×2 000 mm的3块掺钢纤维和1块普通钢筋混凝土板的受弯试验,得到板在各级荷载下挠曲线、荷载—跨中挠度曲线、裂缝开展情况及破坏形态。结果表明:掺入钢纤维可以提高钢筋混凝土单向板开裂荷载、屈服荷载、极限荷载以及刚度和弯曲韧性,有效阻滞板裂缝的开展;钢纤维钢筋混凝土单向板的刚度呈三阶段变化,破坏形式为受拉钢筋屈服,与普通钢筋混凝土单向板一致。
According to the experimental study on flexural capacity of 3 steel fiber reinforced concrete(RC) slabs and a common concrete slab with size of 500 mm×100 mm×2 000 mm,the deflection curve under all levels load,load-mid span deflection curves,development of cracking and failure mode of the slabs are obtained.The results show that the cracking load,yield load,ultimate load as well as stiffness and flexural toughness of one way RC slabs strengthened by steel fiber are improved,steel fiber can effectively block the crack development;the stiffness reports three stage variation model and the failure mode is the tensile steel bar yield as same as the common RC slab.
