班多水电站水力测量及水情测报方案设计 被引量:2

摘要 水力数据的测量及水情信息测报是水电站发电机组正常运转的前提条件。介绍了班多水电站的水力测量及水情测报设计方案,并指出了其系统设计特色。采用PROFIBUS DP网络与工业以太网络,实现了班多水电站全厂水力参数测量,采用三级交换技术实现了水情测报网络加密。处理器采用带2DP接口及以太网接口的CPU315模块,易于组态PROFIBUS网络与工业以太网络,实现多网融合;水力测量采用数字量与模拟量两种类型的传感器,互相备份,保证了系统可靠运行;运用虚拟VLAN技术,从信息安全考虑,避免整个网络广播风暴,提高了信息安全等级;加密方案自行定制,可以根据需要进行合理配制。 Hydraulic data measurement and hydrologic data telemetry are prerequisites for normal operation of the generator unit.Hydraulic measurement and hydrologic data telemetry scheme of the Banduo Hydropower Station are introduced,and the design characteristics of the system are put forward.Taking PROFIBUS DP network and industrial Ethernet network,hydraulic parameters measurement of the Banduo Hydropower Plant is implemented,and three level of switching technology is adopted to realize the water regime telemetry network encryption.It is easy to realize the multi network integration by configuring PROFIBUS network and industrial Ethernet network based on CPU315 processor with 2 DP interface and one Ethernet interface.In hydraulic measurement,digital and analog two types of sensors are used,mutual backup ensuring reliable operation of system.The virtual VLAN technology is used,considering the information safety,to avoid the network broadcast storm and enhance the information security level.Custom encryption scheme can carry on the reasonable configuration according to need.
