摘要
在输送机能量模型研究基础上,以能源费用为目标函数、以运输量和带速为优化变量建立了输煤系统能效优化问题,并针对上煤系统建立煤仓存煤上下限、总运煤量、运输量及带速上限、胶带装载量等多种约束控制模型。在仿真研究中采用非线性规划获得了最优解,验证了优化控制方法的正确性和有效性,提出了优化控制策略在当前控制系统中的实现方法,将能效优化投入实际应用。应用最优控制理论来提升大型电站输煤系统的能源效率,可以降低厂用电率,实现节能减排。
On the basis of research on conveyor energy model, this paper analyzes problem of energy efficiency optimization for coal handling system by taking freight volume and tape speed as variables. Aiming at coal system, it introduces establish- ment of various constrained control models for top and bottom limitation for coal storage of bunker, total amount of coal, top limitation for freight volume and tape speed and carrying capacity of belt. In simulation study, it uses nonlinear pro- gramming method to get optimal solution, verify correction and effectiveness of optimization control method and propose realization method for optimization control strategy in present control system which is to put energy efficiency optimization into practical application. Practice shows that application of optimal control theory is able to promote energy efficiency of coal handling system in large-scale power station, reduce service power rate and realize energy-saving and emission reduc- tion.
