摘要
对广东中山电网220 kV迪光变电站±8 Mvar静止同步补偿装置(static synchronous compensation,STATCOM)的工程实践进行研究。从容量选择、系统接入方式、主电路结构、安装方式、散热和保护等方面介绍了STATCOM的设计方案,并分析其控制策略。通过实测10 kV母线的工作日电压曲线和STATCOM的开环、闭环响应特性曲线对STATCOM的应用效果进行分析,STATCOM参与调压后母线电压能稳定于10.4 kV,STAT-COM能在一个周期内达到满载,能立即响应电压的变化且在306 ms后达到稳态值。应用效果表明STATCOM具有响应速度快、调节平滑连续等优点,是实施电能质量调控的理想设备。
This paper studies engineering practice of ±8 Mvar static synchronous compensator in 220 kV Diguang substation of Guangdong Zhongshan power grid. It introduces design scheme of STATCOM in aspects of selection for capacity, con- nection way of the system, the main circuit configuration, installation way, heat dissipation and protection and analyzes its control strategy. By actual measurement for voltage curves of working days of 10 kV bus and response characteristic curves of open loop and close loop, it analyzes application effect of STATCOM. It discovers that after STATCOM taking part in voltage adjustment, the voltage of bus is stable at 10.4 kV and STATCOM is able to realize full load in one period which may immediately respond to change of the voltage and reach to a stable value in 306 ms. The application effect shows that STAT- COM is provided with advantages of rapid response speed and smooth and continuous adjustment which is a kind of ideal e- quipment for implementing power quality regulate and control.
