某火电厂储氢罐缺陷分析及处理

摘要 针对某火电厂储氢罐存在钢板夹层和硬度异常的缺陷,采用各种检验方法对缺陷进行分析,通过厚度检测、声发射检测、磁粉和超声波检测等确定钢板夹层的区域、安全等级、活性以及对焊接的影响程度,通过金相检测分析封头材料的品质。得出结论:该储氢罐的安全状态等级为3级,封头材料未劣化,钢板夹层不具有活性且不影响正常焊接,因此所发现的缺陷不影响储氢罐的正常使用。最后提出加强钢板制造过程的检验、提高储氢罐订货要求和重视储氢罐全面检验等建议。 Aiming at such defects of hydrogen tank as abnormal steel plate interlayer and hardness, the paper takes all sorts of detection method to analyze the defect. By thickness detection, acoustic emission detection, magnetic powder and ultrasonic detection, the area, safety grade, activity and the degree of impact on wielding of steel plate interlayer are determined, and the quality of plate cover materials is analyzed by metallurgical detection. The conclusion is: the safety class of the hydrogen tank is three, and the material of end cover appears no degradation; the steel plate interlayer is of no activity and has no in- fluence on normal wielding. Therefore, the defects detected have no impact on the use of hydrogen tank. The paper in the final proposes to strengthen the manufacturing process of steel plates, raise the requirement of hydrogen tank ordering and pay attention to overall inspection on the tank.
