摘要
2008年10月,湖北省省委九届四次会议提出要着力构建鄂西生态文化旅游圈,这是省委、省政府提出的重大战略构想.根据鄂西生态文化旅游圈发展总体规划,十堰市将努力建设成为鄂西生态文化旅游圈的核心板块和重要支撑.为了实现这一宏伟的战略目标,在解读鄂西生态文化旅游圈发展战略与总体布局的基础之上,提出十堰市旅游业发展的战略方向和建设思路.
In October, 2008, Hubei Provincial Party Committee of CPC made a decision to construct Ecological Cul- tural Tourist Cycle of West Hubei Province. Shiyan City accordingly made a decision to manage to be the core place and key pillar. To realize this great objective, it is of great significance to study the development strategy and construction i- deas of Shiyan tourism.
