摘要
ESP教学是当前我国大学英语教学内容改革的主要方向.开设ESP课程需要培养一支特别的外语教师队伍,教师知识发展是其中最紧迫的问题之一.探讨ESP教师知识结构分类,分析ESP教师知识的学科特色,试图为转型期的大学英语教师调整和完善知识结构,实现自身职业的专业化发展指明方向.
ESP teaching is the main direction of China College English teaching content reform. To offer ESP courses, we need special foreign language teachers. Teachers' knowledge development is the most urgent subject to be dealt with. This paper has studied the classification of ESP teachers' knowledge structure and discipline features with a purpose to help College English teachers adjust and improve their knowledge structure to realize professional develop- ment.
