摘要
教师对学生的管理无处不在,要做到游刃有余,得心应手,无不需要借"兵法"中的智慧.同时还要兼容学生个性差异,让每个学生自觉地把行为规范与个人习惯目标结合起来,以行为规范促进学生的个性进步,让行为规范成为学生个性发展的动力.
Teachers' management of students is all--round and to do it well, teachers should learn from warcraft. At the same time, teachers should accept students' individual difference and help them integrate behaviour rules with personal habit to make the behaviour rules promote students' personal development.
