大轴重货运交流传动电力机车轮轨接触研究

摘要 根据机车轮对和轨道的实际尺寸,考虑材料非线性和接触非线性,建立轮轨接触弹塑性有限元模型。基于此有限元模型,分析计算了车轮材质不同对轮轨接触的影响,以及牵引力对轮轨接触的影响,得出了接触斑、接触应力等的变化规律。 The elastic-plastic finite element model of wheel-rail contact is established on the basis of the real size of the locomotive wheelset and railway while the material nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity are taken into account.Base on the finite element model,the influence of different wheel material and traction on the wheelrail contact is studied.Then the variational laws of the contact spot and contact stress are obtained.
