摘要
以罗汉果‘桂青1号’不定芽继代增殖芽作为生根诱导材料,在1/2 MS培养基中分别添加不同的激素组合,比较不同的激素组合对生根诱导的影响。结果表明,由于生长素生理功效的差异,生根诱导效果也不同。在相同的浓度下,生根诱导效果IBA>NAA,但对罗汉果‘桂青1号’的生根诱导仍没有达到理想的效果。而3种生长素组合则增强诱导生根的生理功效。
The adventitious subculture proliferation bud of Siraitia grosvenorii‘Gui Qing No.1’is used as rooting induction materials to find the effect of different hormone combinations on root induction.The study shows that the effect of root induction is different with varied types and physiological functions of auxin combinations.Using the same concentrations of the single plant hormone,IBA is more effective than NAA to the rooting induction of the plantlets,but the effect of root induction is not perfect.However,the combinations of three kinds of auxin enhance physiological functions of rooting induction.
