目的 分析妊娠高血压综合征对新生儿的不利影响.方法 观察不同程度妊高征的孕妇所产新生儿的孕周、分娩方式、出生体重、阿氏评分,并与正常组进行对照分析.结果 患中、重度妊高征组孕妇所产新生儿在孕周、出生体重、新生儿窒息方面与轻度妊高征组及正常对照组间存在显著性差异.结论 妊高征易致新生儿早产、低体重、新生儿窒息.

[Abstract] Objective To analyse the effects of pregnancy induced hypertension to neonates.Methods The data of 94 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension were analysed .Results Significant diffference was found in different group of PIH .Conclusions Slink, Lower birth avoirdpois and neonate choke can be caused by hypertension induced by pregnancy.
