摘要
目的对比分析氨甲喋吟与中药宫外孕2号对输卵管妊娠的治疗效果.方法经临床和B超确诊的输卵管妊娠患者21例分为两组,A组9例给予MTX治疗;B组12例给予宫外孕2号中药治疗.结果A组7/9例治疗成功(77.78%),B组6/12例治疗成功(50.00%).结论氯甲喋呤对输卵管妊娠的治疗成功率高,住院时间短,安全,可以在临床推广使用.
[Abstract] Objective To analyse the therapeutic effects of MTX and Chinese medicine No2 comparatively for tubal pregnancy .Methods 21 cases of tubal pregnancy diagnosed by clinic and B-US were divided into two groups. A group of 9 cases was given MTX and B group of 12 cases was given Chinese medicine No 2. Results The therapy was successful in A group of 7/9 cases (77.78%), and was successful in B group of 6/12 cases(50%) .Conclusions The therapeatic method with MTX has highest successful rate, short duration of hospitalization, and safety .It can be recommended to clinical use widely.
