健脾益肾活血法对维持性血液透析患者微炎症反应状态的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨健脾益肾活血颗粒对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者微炎症反应的影响。方法选取48例进行血液透析的患者,将其随机分成中药组和对照组。治疗前和3个月后检测患者的血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血红蛋白(Hb)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、胆固醇(TC)水平。结果两组患者血压无明显变化,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中药组hs-CRP[(12.56±3.97)mg/L]、TNF-α[(16.25±5.31)ng/L]、IL-6[(14.62±6.63)ng/L]和对照组hs-CRP[(13.35±3.72)mg/L]、TNF-α[(17.61±6.84)ng/L]、IL-6[(15.25±6.29)ng/L]治疗后血清水平均有明显的下降趋势,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后中药组Hb[(109.27±16.53)g/L]、TRF[(2.51±0.36)g/L]、TC[(4.53±0.12)g/L]水平都有明显升高,与治疗前和治疗后对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾益肾活血颗粒能减轻血液透析患者的微炎症,从而减缓患者病症的发展。 Objective To investigate the effects of strengthening spleen,tonifying kidney and activating blood therapy for maintenance hemodialysis patients with microinflammation state.Methods 48 patients with hemodialysis were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and control group.Before treatment and after treatment for 3 months,hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 levels on serum were detected in patients.Results There was no significant difference of blood pressure changes in two groups(P 0.05).The levels of hs-CRP [(12.56±3.97) mg/L],TNF-α [(16.25±5.31) ng/L],IL-6 [(14.62 ±6.63) ng/L] in traditional Chinese medicine group and hs-CRP [(13.35 ±3.72) mg/L],TNF-α [(17.61±6.84) ng/L],IL-6 [(15.25±6.29) ng/L] in the control group after treatment were significantly decreased than be fore treatment(P 0.05).After treatment,serum Hb [(109.27±16.53) g/L],TRF [(2.51±0.36) g/L],TC [(4.53±0.12) g/L] were raised,compared with control group and before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Therapy of strengthening spleen,tonifying kidney and activating blood can reduce inflammation and slow down the disease of development in hemodialysis patients.
