高血压患者长期服用苯磺酸氨氯地平片和阿托伐他汀片对动脉弹性及左心室肥大的影响

Effect of Hypertension Patients with Long-term use of Amlodipine and Atorvastatin on Arterial Elasticity and left Ventricular Hypertrophy

目的探讨长期服用苯磺酸氨氯地平片和阿托伐他汀片对高血压患者动脉弹性及左心室肥大的影响。方法以354例高血压患者为研究对象,给予口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片和阿托伐他汀片治疗。连续用药24个月,比较治疗前后动脉弹性、左心室肥大的变化,并观察治疗期间的不良反应。结果与治疗前相比较,治疗后患者小动脉弹性指数明显上升;左心室质量指数明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应以胃肠道不适为主,未影响疗程。结论长期服用苯磺酸氨氯地平片和阿托伐他汀片可明显改善高血压患者的动脉弹性,延缓甚至逆转左心室肥大,对心血管不良事件具有一定的预防作用。

Objective Observe effects of long-term administration of amlodipine and atorvastatin on arterial elasticity and left ven- tricular hypertrophy in hypertension patients. Methods Choose 354 cases as research object, give amiodipine and atorvastatin. For 24 months, compare before and after treatment of arterial elasticity, left ventricular hypertrophy, and adverse reactions. Results Compare with before treatment, artery elasticity index increased, left ventricular mass index decreased after treatment, has a statis- tically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Adverse reaction is gastrointestinal discomfort, did not affect treatment. Conclusion Long-term administration of amlodipine and atorvastatin can improve arterial elasticity in hypertension patients, delay or reverse left ventricular hypertrophy, has certain preventive effects on cardiovascular adverse events.
