盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎58例临床观察

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索应用于治疗小儿支气管肺炎疾病的临床治疗效果。方法选取该院2012年11月—2013年3月接收诊治的小儿支气管肺炎患者58例。将全部患者随机划分成两个小组,即分析组和对照组,每组患者均为29例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,分析组患者在给予常规治疗的基础上增加盐酸氨溴索药物治疗,观察并对比两组患儿治疗的临床表现,病情好转情况以及不良反应等情况。结果分析组患儿在采用常规治疗的基础上结合盐酸氨溴索进行治疗,其在体温恢复所需时间、咳嗽及痰液消失所需时间以及肺部啰音消退所需时间等方面指标,与对照组患儿相比所得结果较优。结论采用常规治疗结合盐酸溴索药物抑制儿童支气管肺炎疾病,获得临床治疗效果良好,值得在临床治疗中采用。

Objective To explore the hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine line applied in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia disease clinical curative effect. Methods Select our hospital in November 2012 to March 2013 receive the diagnosis and treatment of 58 patients with bronchial pneumonia in children. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely, analysis group and the control group, each group of patients are in 29 cases. Control group given conventional treatment, patients with analysis of groups were given conventional treatment on the basis of increased ammonia hydrochloride bromine drug treat- ment, observe and compare the two groups of children with treatment, the Clinical manifestations, improved symptoms and side ef- fects, and so on and so forth. Results Analysis group in the conventional treatment on the basis of the combination of hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine line treatment, its body temperature recovery time required, the time needed for cough and sputum disap- pear and my lungs then the time needed for the sound fade indicators etc, compared with the control group with a better result. Conclusion Using conventional treatment combined with hydrochloride bromine pharmacological inhibition of the bronchial pneu-monia in children diseases, clinical treatment effect is good, is worth using in clinical treatment.
