奥氮平治疗抑郁症的临床治疗体会

Olanzapine Treatment Experience Clinical Depression

目的探讨奥氮平在抑郁症临床治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2009年9月—2012年5月来该院接受抑郁症治疗的患者100例,其中50例患者采用单纯安非他酮进行治疗,作为对照组,剩下的50例患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上,采用奥氮平进行联合治疗,作为观察组,分别以两组患者治疗前及治疗后第1周、第4周及第8周后的焦虑度、抑郁度、自杀倾向及治疗后临床疗效和治疗过程中不良反应作为临床观察指标,并使用SPSS13.0软件包进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者治疗后的焦虑度、抑郁度、自杀倾向及临床疗效均明显优于对照组患者,(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组患者治疗过程中不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论在安非他酮传统治疗的基础上使用奥氮平进行辅助治疗,可有效的改善抑郁症患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,并降低患者的自杀倾向,且无明显不良反应,用药安全可靠,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of olanzapin in the treatment of drpression. Methods Select 100 patients who came to our hospital for depression treatment from September 2009 to May 2012. The 50 patients who only received bupropion for treat- ment as the control group, and the other 50 patients who received bupropion combined olanzapin for treatment as the observation group. Used the anxiety,depression,suicidal tendencies, clinical effecy and the adverse reactions as the clinical index, and used the SPSS 13.0 statistical sofeware for statistical analysis. Results The anxiety,depression,suicidal tendencies, clinical effecy of the ob- servation group was significantly better than the control group, P〈0.05 or P〈0.01;there was no significant drfference in the adverse reactions of two groups,P〉0.05. Conclusion The bupropion combined olanzapin can effectively improve the anxiety,depression of the depression patients,and it also can reduce the suicidal tendencies, which worth for clinical application.
