摘要
目的在手术室护理过程中采用人性化护理的模式,探讨人性化护理运用到手术室中的护理效果。方法选择在该院行手术治疗的患者240例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各120例,对照组采用常规的术前准备、宣教等围手术期的护理;观察组在常规护理的基础上采用人性化护理的模式;观察两组患者的护理满意度。结果观察组的护理质量评分和满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前两组患者的焦虑水平测定差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后观察组患者的焦虑水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将人性化护理运用于手术室护理的整个过程,减轻了手术治疗给患者带来的负面影响,提高了手术室护理的质量和患者对手术室护士的满意度,值得在临床应用和推广。
Objective To used humanization nursing modelin the process of operating room nursing and observed the nursing ef- fect of humanization nursing in operating room nursing. Methods 240 cases adopt operation were randomly devided into two groups, observation group and control group 120cases respectively. The control group used the conventional preoperative prepara- tion and perioperative care.The observation group used humanized nursing mode on the basis of conventional nursing. Observed two group customer satisfaction of patients about nursing care. Results The nursing quality score and satisfaction of the observation group were better than the control group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Two groups of patients with preoperative anxiety level determined there was no statistically significant difference (P〉0.05). Postoperative pa- tients with anxiety level significantly of observation group was lower than the control group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of humanized nursing to the whole process of the operating room nursing, reduce the negative effects of surgical treatment for patients, improve the quality of the operating room nursing and satis-faction. It was worthy application and promotion in clinical.
