摘要
目的探讨和分析中西结合的方法治疗脑卒中的临床疗效,总结治疗脑卒中的临床价值。方法对具有完整临床资料的2008年1月—2010年12月来该院就诊的脑卒中患者40例进行回顾性分析,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者有20例,对照组给予常规西药进行治疗,观察组采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗。观察和比较两组不同的治疗方法对脑卒中的临床效果。结果对照组治愈的患者有3例,显效的患者有4例,有效的患者有6例,无效的患者有6例,治疗的总有效率为70.00%;观察组治愈的患者有5例,显效的患者有6例,有效的患者有7例,无效的患者有2例,治疗的总有效率为90.00%。观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西结合治疗脑卒中具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床借鉴和推广。
Objective To discuss and analyse the clinical application and effect of the conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for stroke, then conclude it＇s clinical value. Methods 40 patients came to our hospital from Jan. 2008 to Dec.2010 were chosen for their stroke Retrospective study all of them clinical dates, grouped observe group and control group randomly, every group had 20 patients, the observe group used the conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine ,the control group used western medicine. Results The total effective rate of the observe group is 90.00%, the total effective rate of the control group is 70.00%, the former was better than the later （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The conbined treat- ment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for stroke was effective and had minor adverse reaction, which can improve the recover of stroke.
