摘要
目的探讨微创显微手术治疗椎管内髓外肿瘤的技术和临床应用。方法回顾和分析该院采用微创显微手术治疗66例椎管内髓外肿瘤患者的临床资料和治疗方法。结果 66例患者中,神经鞘瘤48例,脊膜瘤14例。肿瘤位于颈段22例,胸段25例,腰段15例,骶段4例。几乎所有肿瘤均获得全切,术后及随后3个月～3年随访症状和体征均明显改善,无手术并发症和脊柱畸形。结论微创显微手术治疗椎管内肿瘤具有创伤小、安全性高,且保持了脊柱的稳定性,效果明显优于传统全椎板手术入路。
Objective To investigate the Minimally invasive microsurgical treatment for intraspinal tumors. Methods Clinical data and Minimally invasive microsurgieal treatment methods of 66 patients with intraspinal tumors were analyzed retrospectively.in- cluding 48 schwannomas and 14 meningiomas.in which 22 were cervica.25 were thoracicand.15 lumbar. Result Almost all the tu- mors were totally removed.The symptons and signs of the patients improved remarkably without complication of surgery and spinal abnormality. Conclusions Minimally invasive microsurgery operation treatment of the intraspinal tumors with small trauma, high safety, and maintain the stability of the spine, is obviously superior to the traditional laminectomy operation approach.
