摘要
益生菌是一类重要的微生物调节剂,对肠道健康具有极其重要的促进作用。益生菌不仅能调节肠道菌群环境、提供能量,还能激活肠道自身体液免疫与细胞免疫系统,达到保护机体的目的。本文论述了益生菌对肠道的保健作用机制。
Probiotic was an important kind of microorganisms modifier,which played a very important role on the physical health of human.Probiotics did not only regulation of microenvironment of gut and provide energy to gut,but also induce the intestinal mucosal immunity barrier to protect the body.The system includes humoral immunity and cellular immunity,which prevents the diseases caused by direct contact of bacteria,food antigen,enzyme,chemical drugs with mucosal surface.The paper discussed the mechanism of gut health on probiotics.
