腹腔镜手术与开腹手术对异位妊娠术后受孕率的影响

Influence of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery on postoperative con-ception rate of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨腹腔镜手术与开腹手术对异位妊娠术后受孕率的影响。方法收集本院异位妊娠手术治疗患者60例的临床资料,分为开腹组30例和腹腔镜组30例,分析不同手术方式对异位妊娠术后受孕率的影响。结果腹腔镜组手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、留置导尿管时间、下床活动时间、平均住院时间均少于开腹组,异位妊娠患者输卵管再通情况和术后受孕情况均优于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠患者术后受孕效果明显优于开腹手术治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the influence of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery on postoperative concep- tion rate of ectopic pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated by surgery were analyzed, including 30 cases in laparoscopic surgery group and 30 cases in open surgery group, influence of la- paroscopic surgery and open surgery on postoperative conception rate of ectopie pregnancy were analyzed. Results The operative time, amount of blood loss during operation, time of flatus exhaust, time of indwelling catheter, time of out- of-bed activity, average length of stay in laparoscopic surgery group were less than those in open surgery group; also the situation of fallopian tube recanalization and conception of patients with ectopic pregnancy in laparoscopic surgery group were better than those in open surgery group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The la- paroscopic surgery can treat patients of ectopic pregnancy than open surgery, thus is worth widely clinical applying. with significantly better effects of postoperative conception
