循证护理在妇科恶性肿瘤动脉化疗中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of arterial chemotherapy in gynecologic malignant tumor

目的探讨循证护理在妇科恶性肿瘤动脉化疗中的应用。方法选择76例妇科中晚期恶性肿瘤行经皮髂内动脉插管药物灌注+栓塞治疗的患者,采用循证护理的方法,发现问题,查阅文献,综合分析患者的具体情况找出最佳证据,制订针对性的护理方案。结果 76例患者除2例轻微瘀斑外,均未发生动静脉栓塞、压疮、感染、严重出血等并发症,如期完成手术等后续治疗。结论采用循证护理寻求科学完整的护理方案,对可能发生的并发症采取前瞻性、针对性的护理干预,有效降低并发症的发生率,有助于提高妇科恶性肿瘤动脉灌注化疗围术期的护理质量。

Objective To discuss the application of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of arterial chemotherapy in gynecologic malignant tumor.Methods 76 cases of patients with gynecologic malignant tumor in middle and ad- vanced stages treated by percutaneous internal iliac artery incubation with drug perfusion and embolism were selected. The method of evidence-based nursing was adopted in order to discover the problems and find out the best evidence by reviewing literature and comprehensively analyzing the specific condition of each participant,and then the targeted nursing program was drafted.Results Among all participants,there were no complications such as arterial embolism,ve- nous thrombosis,pressure sore,infection,severe bleeding and so forth,except slight ecchymosis in 2 cases.All of them successfully completed the other follow-up treatments like surgery as scheduled.Conclusion The application of evi- dence-based nursing for seeking scientific and comprehensive nursing program and prospective and targeted nursing intervention on possible complications can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and are beneficial to im- prove the perioperative nursing quality in series of chemotherapies of arterial perfusion in gynecologic malignant tumor.
