临床护理路径在肠痈患者中的应用

The application of clinical nursing pathway on patients with acute appen-dicitis

目的探讨临床护理路径在肠痈患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的肠痈患者160例,随机将其分为对照组和干预组。对照组患者给予常规的护理,干预组患者在常规护理的基础上增加中医临床护理路径,比较两组患者护理后的临床疗效。结果干预组实施中医临床护理路径后的平均住院天数、平均护理费用均明显低于对照组,且干预组的治疗效果和患者对护理工作的满意程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中医护理路径对肠痈患者进行护理的临床效果显著,具有良好的经济学效益,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients with acute appendicitis.Methods 160 patients with acute appendicitis from our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing care,the intervention group was increased clinical nursing pathway of tradi- tional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine nursing.Finally,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Re- suits The intervention group of the mean length of hospital stay and the average costs of care were significantly lower than those in the control group,the treatment effect of intervention group andpatient satisfaction with nursing were bet- ter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing pathway on acute appendicitis patients is significantly and has good economic benefits,it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
