中医辨证施护对项痹患者康复的影响

The effect of Chinese medicine dialectical nursing for rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylosis

目的观察中医辨证施护对项痹患者康复的影响,进一步探索项痹患者的有效护理方法。方法选择本院2011年3月～2012年3月就诊的项痹患者132例,随机分为两组,对照组66例患者采用常规护理,辨证组66例患者在对照组基础上进行辨证分型施护,比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、体征评分,所有患者均随访6～12个月,并对效果进行评价。结果辨证组治疗后头痛、眩晕、肢体麻痹、肢体麻木评分明显低于对照组。辨证组显效32例,有效29例,总有效率达92.42%;对照组显效17例,有效33例,总有效率为75.76%;辨证组治疗效果明显好于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证施护更具针对性,明显缩短了治疗时间,提高了治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine dialectical nursing for rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylosis and explore effective nursing method.Methods 132 patients with cervical spondylosis were chosen from March 2011 to March 2012.They were divided into two groups randomly,the control group （66 cases） were given conventional care,the dialectical group （66 cases） were given dialectical nursing based on the control group.The clini- cal symptoms and signs scores of two groups before and after treatment were compared.All patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months,then the results were evaluated.Results The headache,dizziness,limbs paralysis,numbness scores of the dialectical group after treatment were lower than that of the control group.The total effective rate of dialectical group was 92.42% ,markedly effective results were 32 cases,effective results were 29 cases;the total effective rate of control group was 75.76%,markedly effective results were 17 cases,effective results were 33 cases;the effect of dialecti- cal group was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicine dialectical nursing with more targeted can shorten the treatment time obviously and improve clinical effect.
